Social Media Manager [Belgium]


 
Are you ready to take on the role of a Social Media Manager? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team and make a significant impact on our brand's digital presence.

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies that align with our business goals. You'll curate timely content and manage posts and campaigns and you must stay updated on social media trends and applications. Additionally, you'll analyse metrics, measure inbound web traffic, and provide recommendations for increasing referrals from social channels.

With 3+ years of experience managing social media channels and a strong working knowledge of social media tools and advertising, you'll be well-equipped to excel in this role. Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, and proficiency in English and Dutch is required, with an understanding of French as a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop strategies and content calendars, to align with business goals
  • Curate and craft timely, engaging social media content for various social media platforms
  • Create original content, manage posts and conversations, and monitor reviews
  • Monitor social media tools, trends, and applications
  • Monitor and report on social media metrics and growth
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness
  • Create and manage advertisement campaigns on social media channels (Meta, Linkedin, TikTok)
  • Research and analyze audience preferences and discover current and future trends
  • Measure inbound web traffic, analyze results, and provide recommendations for increasing referrals from social channels

REQUIREMENTS
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media channels
  • Good understanding of Digital Marketing (multichannel marketing, SEA, SEO, CRO, remarketing, digital paid media, marketing automation)
  • Consulting skills, whiteboarding and presentation for technical and business audiences from analyst to executive level
  • Creative and analytical mindset, excellent problem-solver skills, strong negotiation & communication skills
  • Strong working knowledge of social media trends, strategies, and techniques
  • Advanced knowledge of social media tools, including social media advertising
  • Experience with marketing and managing projects
  • Teamwork and soft skills
  • Excellent command of English, French and/or Dutch
  • Ability to work independently and to manage various daily projects with minimal supervision
  • Good problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Motivated, proactive and client-oriented
