Learning & Development is essential for the sustainable growth of the Power Technique Service Division, so we are expanding our L&D team. Want to contribute to the growth of people and make an impact? Check out this new challenge as a Learning & Development Coordinator.
Your Mission
Your mission is, to implement and improve efficient administrative processes to support our global L&D strategy. We count on you to be in charge of planning, registration and all practicalities related to our training initiatives. Additionally, you will be our Learning Link-star, meaning that our learning management system will hold little to no secrets for you.
As Learning and Development Coordinator, you will report to the Vice President Human Recourses of the Power Technique Service Division.
You will support your L&D colleagues and by extension the global L&D strategy for our division.- You will build your network and cultivate a positive relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
- You will coordinate our training projects, taking charge of all admin and planning.
- You will master Learning Link, our learning management system. Doing so, you will safeguard a clean registration and advise people on fitting solutions.
- You will stay up to date on trends regarding L&D.
- You will exchange best practices with other L&D professionals in the Atlas Copco organization.
- You will support employees with the admin side of business travel (booking flights and hotels, arranging taxi, …)
- You will collaborate closely with the Management Assistant to the President on the organization and practical planning of events.

You have a bachelor's degree in human sciences, but more important: an appetite for L&D.- You are a graduate or have 1 or more years of (relevant) working experience.
- You highly value structure and efficiency.
- You have a creative, flexible and customer-oriented mindset.
- You are eager to grow and further develop your own skills.
- You communicatie effectively, taking different perspectives into consideration.
- You are a true team player and always try to better the team performance.

Job location
We are a global team working in a hybrid model, so possible to work partly onsite and partly from home. We have offices in Aartselaar, Antwerp. #LI-hybrid
