Job Purpose and Impact
The Carrier Support Services Supervisor will resolve claims and lead people, systems and processes to ensure carriers meet all company and legal requirements and that all transportation master data is accurate and updated in a timely manner in all systems. In this role, you will ensure compliance with company policies, applicable laws and regulations and proper use of transportation management systems. Key Accountabilities

Execute end to end claims resolution. Coordinate processes with business teams and carriers, conduct investigation and root cause analysis, prepare and provide proper documentation and follow up on improvement actions. Plan, coordinate and supervise carrier activities to ensure achievement of service level agreements and monitor monthly and quarterly close activities to ensure accuracy and timely completion and meet key performance indicators. Provide oversight for data entry and data management and for the collection, organization, analysis measurement, evaluation and reporting of metrics. Lead network optimization efforts that impact the functional area. Other duties as assigned Responsible for personnel decisions related to hiring, performance and disciplinary actions for your direct reports. You will also spend time completing the same tasks as employees on your team. Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience Advanced spreadsheet experience Experience in transportation and logistics role Knowledge of supply chain and operations functions Minimum one year of directly related work experience
Preferred Qualifications Experience with enterprise resource planning applications One year of supervisory experience Knowledge of root cause analysis processes
