Identikit / Your skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the tech sector
- Business acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills are your greatest skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and resilient
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with the willingness to grow your own business unit
- Autonomous and able to work independently
- Excellent communication skills: fluency in French and English, both oral and written. Dutch is a plus.
- Knowledge of the tech industry, market trends, and emerging technologies is a plus
Your key responsibilities:
- Building a professional network and establishing relationships with clients through daily outreach and regular follow-up.
- Identifying opportunities in the market and promoting the company's consulting services.
- Ability to understand client’s needs and technical context and adapt your communication to them.
- Representing the company as a key representative, and promoting the company’s values and missions.
- Working independently and building partnerships to drive business growth.
- Proposing business strategies.
- Managing your own business unit: recruiting employees and freelancers, managing a budget, maximising margins…
- Regularly tracking key performance indicators and reporting results to management.
- Showing patience and perseverance in sales efforts because you will be rejected a lot by the customers.
