Your role and responsibilities

In more sentences? As a Senior Talent Acquisition Officer, you will
- be right at the heart of our organisation, meaning you directly engage with colleagues, stakeholders, external agencies and candidates with diverse experiences
- be the gatekeeper of our talent acquisition strategy and make sure that goals are reached
- manage a diverse variety of recruitment processes, from job postings, intakes until offers
- continuously identify, attract and present promising talent
- look for and provide innovative sourcing strategies and new ideas to attract talent
- develop and build long-term relationships with past and potential talent to generate and manage respective candidate pools
- build relationships with hiring managers & other stakeholders to get a clear view of hiring needs and organisational goals
- serve as brand ambassador at various events, like career fairs or on-campus recruiting events
- represent the company internally and externally at events with a goal of networking and relationship building with potential candidate communities
- counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
- generate monthly updates about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives
- create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
- proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies
- do research on talent acquisition trends in our or other sectors and industries

- previous working experience as a Talent Acquisition Officer for a minimum of four years, preferably in a services firm
- in-depth knowledge of candidates’ selection methods an excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
- hands on experience with (a) Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- outstanding communication and presentation skills in English, Dutch and or French
- think, act and react with respect and integrity, without the drama, but with trust.
- excellent organisational and great time management skills to respect deadlines
- the ability to tackle different projects in the same time and prioritise daily workload. The pro in pro-active is your trademark
- a positive, hands-on and “can do” attitude
