HR PAYROLL AND ADMINISTRATION SPECIALIST


 

Your mission:

  • you will maintain HR databases and manage all administration: handle all administrative changes throughout employee lifecycle ;
  • Answer staff questions on all HR administration-related matters, support HRM’s in their daily management;
  • Ensure professional execution of various payroll and administration activities for several AGC sites in Belgium;
  • Set-up monthly reports and statistics, support in data analysis;
  • Ensure a strict application of the social rules;
  • Suggest improvement plans in order to continuously improve payroll processes and HR services.

Your talents :

  • A first experience in payroll administration is required, preferably in a manufacturing organization;
  • Bachelor in Human Resources or Accounting;
  • Good background in Belgian labor and social legislation;
  • Service minded, customer oriented and respectful of confidentiality;
  • At ease with IT systems, able to learn and to propose optimization of existing tools and processes;
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, ..);
  • Knowledge in SAP Payroll , DMFA, Belcotax, garnishments, or expatriate payroll processes are a plus;
  • Recognized as reliable and trusted advisor, team-player;
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with all categories of personnel;
  • Result oriented and good analytical skills with strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to organize the workload independently while respecting internal procedures or check list;
  • You are accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, Dutch is a plus.
