Your mission:
- you will maintain HR databases and manage all administration: handle all administrative changes throughout employee lifecycle ;
- Answer staff questions on all HR administration-related matters, support HRM’s in their daily management;
- Ensure professional execution of various payroll and administration activities for several AGC sites in Belgium;
- Set-up monthly reports and statistics, support in data analysis;
- Ensure a strict application of the social rules;
- Suggest improvement plans in order to continuously improve payroll processes and HR services.
Your talents :
- A first experience in payroll administration is required, preferably in a manufacturing organization;
- Bachelor in Human Resources or Accounting;
- Good background in Belgian labor and social legislation;
- Service minded, customer oriented and respectful of confidentiality;
- At ease with IT systems, able to learn and to propose optimization of existing tools and processes;
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, ..);
- Knowledge in SAP Payroll , DMFA, Belcotax, garnishments, or expatriate payroll processes are a plus;
- Recognized as reliable and trusted advisor, team-player;
- Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, with all categories of personnel;
- Result oriented and good analytical skills with strong attention to detail;
- Ability to organize the workload independently while respecting internal procedures or check list;
- You are accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, Dutch is a plus.
